“Nick Milanovic is simply one of the strongest advocates for working people that I have ever met. He would be a remarkable Par‎liamentarian and an effective representative for his hometown, Hamilton East-Stoney Creek.

Nick’s tireless work to advocate for working people has taken him to national capitals ‎like Washington and Ottawa. He remains just the same firmly grounded in his hometown of Hamilton. I can tell you that Hamilton East – Stoney Creek has had weak representation in Parliament since 2015. It’s time to change that!

This Spring I will bring forward in Parliament landmark human rights legislation that Nick co-authored. If he can have that kind of impact outside of Parliament, imagine ‎the difference he will make for Hamilton East- Stoney Creek IN Parliament.

Pick Nick. He’s a fighter!”

Peter Julian, Member of Parliament/Député New Westminster-Burnaby

“The voters of Hamilton East – Stoney Creek need someone who will stand up for their interests, not the interests of the corporate world and the wealthy. Nick has a strong track record of standing up for workers and fighting on their behalf and would be a great representative for the hard working people in Hamilton East – Stoney Creek.”

Andrew Mackenzie, National Representative UFCW Canada

“Nick Milanovic is the person to stand up for the people of Hamilton East – Stoney Creek. They have put up with silent representation far too long.

Nick has been a labour arbitrator, mediator and workplace investigator – he truly understands the needs of working people today.

I am proud to say that I fully endorse Nick to represent the people of Hamilton East – Stoney Creek.”

Tony DePaulo, Assistant to the Director USW District 6

“I’ve known Nick Milanovic for over 30 years. We went to McMaster University together. In all my years with the NDP, I don’t know if I’ve met anyone better suited to being an MP. He’s the real deal and if the Hamilton East – Stoney Creek NDP chooses Nick to be their candidate in 2019, they can beat Bob Bratina and win the seat for the NDP.”

Chris Watson, NDP National Director 2002-2004

“Proud that SOAR (Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees) Chapter 10 for Hamilton unanimously passed a motion at our monthly meeting on Feb. 4/19 to endorse Nick Milanovic as the NDP candidate for Hamilton East-Stoney Creek. As retirees and seniors, we feel that Nick is the best candidate to represent us in the House of Commons in Ottawa. Together, we are sending Bob Bratina a clear message –you did not live up to your commitment of fighting for our pensions and benefits so we will not re-elect you. Nick is a fighter and will work hard to improve our pensions, so we look forward to the day when voters send him to Ottawa to make life better for all of us. Go Nick go!” Thanks everyone!

Lena Sutton, President of Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees Chapter 10 (Hamilton)
